Terms of Use

Application: The Last Tile • Platform: Android (Google Play)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing The Last Tile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use The Last Tile on compatible Android hardware under your direct control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from the Application.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on puzzle layouts or asset designs.
  • Distribute modified APK files, mirror binaries without authorization, or bypass in-app purchase verification systems.

3. In-App Purchases & Billing

The Application offers an optional, one-time digital purchase to remove third-party advertising ("Remove Ads").

  • Billing Entity: All monetary transactions are processed solely by Google LLC through the Google Play Billing Library.
  • Non-Recurring: The upgrade is a permanent, non-consumable digital purchase without recurring subscription fees.
  • Restoration: You can restore your purchase on any compatible Android device configured with the same Google account by using the in-app Restore button.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the standard Google Play refund policy. Please consult Google Play support directly for transaction disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

All game design, level matrices, graphical assets, typography pairings, sound engineering, software code, and brand marks associated with The Last Tile are the intellectual property of MedCoderX. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free on every conceivable hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
